Women on Web blocking litigation support
In 2023, the Clinic supported litigation efforts challenging the blocking of the Women on Web website in South Korea by the government agency Korean Communication Standards Commission. The clinic assisted the litigation conducted by Spring Law Firm by drafting the appellate brief and a constitutional complaint, arguing procedural flaws in the government's decision, the legality of abortion-related information, and violations of proportionality and constitutional principles. Web accessibility advocacy and litigation: 2008-2013
Starting 2008, the Clinic (then named Global Legal Clinic - but the name was not publicized widely in the early nurturing years) conducted an advocacy campaign to enhance the web accessibility for the visually impaired.
