The Clinic made the second visit to Maesot and Chinag Mai in September 2010, this time visiting with a broader spectrum of civil society organizations working for Myanmar's democracy based in Maesot and also continuing with the "democracy" lecture series introducing Korea's system of human rights and history of democracy given by students, followed by the fact-finding through interviews with the refugees with information on the Kyaukphyu region.

On the first meeting with ERI in February 2010, ERI had made requests for research within Korea. In this second meeting in September 2010, the Clinic shared the results of their in-Korea research on DAEWOO International such as on its acquisition by POSCO, government subsidy/loans for the gas development project (possibility for using it to positively guide the development for human rights), criminal prosecution of DAEWOO executives for arms dealing with the military junta (possible use of it to influence DAEWOO's activity), and environmental law control of extraterritorial resource development.
